100 Best Nonprofits Survey Complete
Nearly 250 nonprofits participated to help make the first annual survey a success. Thank you! Survey results will be available in July, and the 100 best nonprofits will be honored at a special event on September 29th and in the October issue of the Oregon Business magazine.
Thanks to Oregon Business magazine and research firm Davis, Hibbitts & Midghall for their partnership in this project.
TACS' Mid-year Appeal is Underway
Many of our services are underwritten by contributions. In fact, we raise nearly half of our yearly budget to support these services. Thanks to our loyal supporters for your contributions so far!

The Governor is proposing an Oregon Emergency Jobs Program (OEJP). Pending legislative approval, nonprofit organizations can apply for grant funding to create new, temporary, entry level positions. Nonprofit organizations in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties can find more information on the program, and application materials at www.workforce-solutions.net.
Nonprofit organizations in other counties should contact their Local Workforce Investment Boards (LWIB) for application information. A list of LWIBs can be found here.
