Ms. Bosch is Principal of Marketek Consulting, and has over 20 years experience providing organizational development and marketing services to nonprofits, businesses and government agencies throughout Oregon.
Jan Eggleston, Member at Large
Deschutes Children’s Foundation
Executive Director of the Deschutes Children’s Foundation, and one of the key founders of TACS Nonprofit Network of Central Oregon, Ms. Eggleston also serves as Co-chair to the Nonprofit Association of Oregon Steering Committee. Ms. Eggleston’s experience includes 11 years service on the Bend-La Pine School Board.
Stacey Triplett, Board Secretary
Team Leader, Metro
Ms. Triplett leads Metro’s Nature in Neighborhoods Initiative. A graduate of the J.F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Ms. Triplett has strong financial analysis skills and brings experience building relationships with a new, highly diverse generation of civic and business leaders.
Nicole Armstrong, Member at Large

Ms. Armstrong is principal for WHB Group LLC, a marketing and lobbying consulting firm in Salem. Prior to founding WHB, she served as interim director for Friends of the Children, and her experience includes fundraising, public relations and marketing for nonprofits.
Diane Coward, Board Chair
Owner, Fuel Cafe
Owner of Fuel Café, Ms. Coward has over 15 years experience in nonprofit finance, and organizational development. Ms. Coward previously served as CEO for a national Asian and Pacific Islander health policy organization, and has helped start several national nonprofits, including PolicyLink.
Margaret Eickmann, Member at Large
Consultant
Ms. Eickmann is an affiliate of TACS' Executive Transition Services (ETS) program, serving nonprofits as interim director. Previously she was the Membership and Development Director of City Club, Executive Director of the Portland Children's Museum, and was Board Chair of Community Action Organization in Washington County.
