Violeta Rubiani

Violeta Rubiani has been a consulting assistant at TACS since 2008. A native of Paraguay, Violeta is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Violeta has a BA in Sociology from the University of Oregon and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Global Leadership and Management at Portland State University.

Violeta lives in Portland. In her spare time, she loves camping, hiking, and starting projects she will never finish.
