Our consultants work with you to identify a consulting approach that best meets your organization's needs and is within your budget. In some cases, we are able to devise a plan right away, agreeing on outcomes, timing and cost. In more complex projects, we suggest face-to-face meetings with all key people involved. Based on this meeting, the consultant will develop a service proposal and action plan.
