Event Description

Is time managing you? Do you have a to-do-list that is impossible to complete? Has juggling priorities become your primary time management strategy? Are you one mishap away from crisis management mode? Do you love your line of work but feel too far behind schedule to enjoy the daily tasks of your job? Does it feel like your job is in control of you? You are not alone! It often seems that the world is spinning faster and faster and that there is less time to get things done.

Learn how to:

  • Get the most important work done on time
  • Reduce the stress of multiple demands
  • Cope with challenges to your comfort zone
  • Learn from your time management triumphs

This interactive and responsive session about time management will focus on gaining greater control of the events that make up your work day. We'll explore setting goals and day-to-day priorities based on both values and long-term vision. We'll also look at developing effective and efficient systems for processing and managing information, and strategies to support co-workers in effectively using time at work.

Cliff Jones has successfully worked with many organizations and coached managers and workers towards better utilization of their time!
