Event Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

How to Register

  1. Select an event from TACS Training Calendar
  2. Select the "Register Now" link
  3. Follow the instructions and complete the online form
  4. When the form is complete a confirmation page will display
  5. Event confirmation will be sent via email (note: confirmation is not sent for network registrations)

Registrations will not be confirmed without full payment. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. Registering and paying online is the fastest way to complete a registration.

Pay Online

Follow the registration instructions above and fill in credit or debit card information. TACS accepts Visa, MasterCard and electronic checks through a secure online payment system.

Send Payment - Check or Money Order

Follow the registration instructions above and select "Send payment by check or money order" option. Complete the online registration form, print it and mail or fax it along with full payment (check or money order), to:

  • Registration will not be finalized until payment is received
  • Please send payment within two weeks

Other Payment Options

If you are uncomfortable paying online please call TACS Training Team at 503.239.4001 to complete registrations over the phone and pay by credit card. Please contact training@tacs.org for questions regarding vouchers, purchase orders, scholarships and other forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

TACS reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute event presenters.

Refund Policy: Workshop, Network and Online Learning

TACS will assess a 25% handling charge for cancellations received up to five (5) business days prior to the training event (network meeting, workshop, online learning). Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded.

Event registrations are transferrable from one participant to another within an organization; however, TACS is not able to transfer a registration payment from one event to another. Contact training@tacs.org to cancel, transfer or inquire about events.

Refund Policy: Network Season Pass

TACS does not refund Network Season Passes. Season Passes are transferrable within an organization. To transfer a Network Season Pass, please contact us at training@tacs.org.

Discounts

Members of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO) receive a 10% discount on registration for TACS' public training events. Discounts are not available retroactively. To receive a discount the promotion code must be entered at the time of purchase.

No Shows

If you are unable to attend a workshop and have not cancelled in advance, your payment will not be refunded.

Special Needs

TACS serves the entire community and welcomes people with special needs. Please contact training@tacs.org at least one week prior to the event with special requests.
